Chef Joe's Catering

Don't miss Chef Joe's. Lovely dining room with full bar. But it's the food that's off the hook - New England Local. We had the Oysters Rockefeller (from Maine) as a appetizer. They were creamy and juicy. Entrees were the braised Goat Neck and roasted half Duck. Exceptional. We're definately going back!

Chef Joe's catered my daughter's wedding at the Pioneer Wedding Barn, Sugar Hill, NH and they did a superb job. The appetizers passed and stationary were plentiful and beautifully presented. The buffet was also beautifully presented, in ample portions and delicious. The staff was very friendly and conscientious, offering seconds to guests. I recommend them for their expertise and there great work both in the kitchen and serving the guests.

Nancy and Joe were a pleasure to work with and their food was incredible. Their service was also flawless and went far beyond what we were expecting. Our guests really enjoyed the forbidden city rice stuffed bell peppers, gluten free Asian noodle salad, Korean BBQ skewers, jalapeno cornbread ... it was all scrumptious. But the best part about Chef Joes Catering is working with Nancy and Joe. They are just good people, very patient with wedding newbies who knew nothing about event planning. They worked with us on pricing and helped us find a way to incorporate our favorite dishes into a cohesive wedding buffet that could satisfy all kinds of dietary restrictions.
